We ship worldwide! However, we do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by our payment system. International shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your order. MoPQ does not take any responsibility for any customs charges, fees, etc. Customs charges are different for every country. We do our best to mark your order as a gift but sometimes we have no control over customs charging taxes and fees.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, however if you receive the wrong item/size from what was ordered, please notify us in a timely manner. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All approved returns and exchanges must be within 10 days of initial delivery.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new. Items must have the original tags and packaging.
International orders may be returned to the address below using any method of your choice, AT YOUR EXPENSE. We recommend using a traceable and insured service, as MoPQ is not responsible for items lost in transit.

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WITH TRACKING INFORMATION ONCE YOUR ORDER SHIPS. WE WILL SHIP YOUR ENTIRE ORDER WHEN ALL ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER BECOME AVAILABLE.
After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If any of the items you have ordered are unavailable you will be quickly informed of the out-of-stock pieces and your payment for the items will be refunded.
Yes. When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a unique tracking number by email. Once in receipt of this tracking number you can check the current status of your shipment. Please allow up to two hours for the tracking number to become active.
